Partners will define the state-of-the-art and the current barriers and needs to establish new clusters of SMEs aimed at providing energy services and products. Through the analysis of existing experiences and the work to be performed during 3 international workshops organised within the project, Partners will collect and share best practices, list constraints and opportunities and define best methodologies and procedures to support the establishment of SME energy clusters.

Partners will identify and adopt the most suitable tools to promote clusters and consortia: start-up tools, campaigns, technical/management support, creation of real or virtual meeting points for SMEs, training to key figures, etc.

From the project experience and collection of existing best practices will result a manual with guidelines addressed to subject who want to lead the constitution of new energy clusters, containing the best awarded procedures and solutions for a good cluster start-up.
