Market strategies

Each Partner will bring its experience and look for best practices already in use about organisation and management tools.

For a clearer project development the following areas will be considered, on a practical point of view, in order to find best practices and solutions to market barriers:

 

  • governance area
  • organisational area
  • financial area.
  • legislative and regulation area

 

These tools will be uploaded in an online database (called Toolbox) by all Partners, collecting all found best practices throughout Europe in order to build a list of existing solutions (with a description of solutions adopted and their results) and see their transferability to other realities, making them available to public users and researchable by keywords.

The most successful practices will be reported and diffused as shining examples, in a dedicated publication, proposing as well some recommendations as proposals of regulations, agreement protocols among involved actors and the evaluation of financial proposals and solutions.

The main target groups addressed are SMEs associations (trade associations, syndicates, Chambers of Commerce, etc.) and decision and policy makers involved in the organisation, management and normative about energy services.
